I have purchased a cotton Kurti through Shopclues. Received the product after 14 days that too after sending reminders. Received a low Quality which didn't run at 1st instance itself.!. Immediately filed a return request and without my knowledge they closed my return request. Filed 3 more complaints online but no response at all. When contacted over phone they are telling me to get it serviced by Manufacturers service center. Planing to approach consumer court
