HI guys I would like to share my experience with shopclues its one of e-commerce web site, its common selling electronics more, i just order a micro oven at shopclues they didnt mention the guarenty of it on website.i tried to contact customer support but no one answer me I tried again one of answer me he told me the warrenty detail is send to your email .then I didnt get any mail or message update .i contact again but they are simply told me one year .after I recieved my micro oven that invoice have not mention the warrenty details and the quality also looking not good , iam very disappointed .if any problem got how should I claim warranty .still I cant got the proper information from shopclues .com.they are not providing good customer support .shopclues need improve its quality and maintanence .
