My mom just brought some products from shopcj.com
And when we received it we all were shocked.
She had also buy products from homeshop18 and their products are also fake.
Shopcj and homeshop18 they both sell cheap quality product and both are fake.
My mom ordered a roti maker but when we receive it it the product seal was opened and it didn't work so we called them and said that the product is not working and they said that we can't do anything we are just engaged in shipping please call the brands company.
But we stay in mumbai but the company was also not well known and was in delhi.
So we called shopcj again and told them so they said that we have your complaint and the brands company will call you in 72 hours to solve your problem.
But its been a week and their is no response.
The defective roti maker is been in our store room and of no use.
Shopcj is a fake and sell defective products amd have a poor very poor customer service
Don't buy from shopcj.
