I wish i could give zero rating, i order medicine online they promise to deliver at home within 2 days. 8 days past no update. Then got a message you were not available at home so order going back, but no one call me no one came to door to deliver order i was desperately waiting for medicine. I immediately contacted office by searching there contact number on google, they never give delivery man or office number, but phone was switcheoff. I contacted to pharma company from where i ordered, they reschedule delivery for next day. Next day got a call from qurier office to collect parcel from there office within 1 hr otherwise order get cancelled, office was 1 km away i was ill, no one at home at that time to collect parcel. Called dunzo service for help which cost me 100 bucks extra. This is the story.there service is horrible.
