Beware !!!!! Most fraudulent and cheating courier experience I have encountered twice in Bangalore. The delivery guys call you first, ask for your location, then your Adhar Card for verification, then say that they are coming in an hour, and then simply vanish !
You don't get your parcels and moreover they inform the company whose item you have purchased that they have delivered the item by forwarding them your Adhar card or telling that your number is not reachable !!
In a short span of time (31/03/2023 and 03/04/2023) I have faced this twice and in one occasion while trying to talk to their customer support number, they hung from first, called back immediately from a different number, and demanded for registering in their system in lieu of extra money !!!
