This is in reference to the amount I paid against job opportunity, as per my previous conversation with executive of shine.com the amount was fully refundable as per mail and was commited to refund within day. But now refund amount is been delayed. I paid total amount of 11850 even after relink generation they ask for money from me rs. 6200. I refused to pay so they are ignoring my mail and even not receiving my calls. This is not a way you deal with you customer. Very poor.
