I started using this job portal a few months back. At that time, I wasn't very seriously looking for a job but I still kept getting mails that matched my profile.
Once I thought of looking for a job in all seriousness, the site got me placed within 6 weeks!!!
once of the most simple to use websites with excellent services!! I particularly like the resume writing option!!!
I got several mails/calls through Shine and finally went to a few interviews!
But I can confidently say that this job portal gets you PLACED!!!!
