I had ordered some shrugs a while back. It took a lot of time forbthem to respond about the order. After 2-3 weeks of ordering, I got a messege that the order couldnot be delivered beacuse I wasn't able to reschedule it. Which is not true, I am available at home every time. Now they are asking me to re order.
Plus, the coustomer care services are very poor. The coustomer care executive was very rude to me.
I dont think im going to shop from this site ever again. WORST EXPERIENCE OF ONLINE SHOPPING!
