I have been a frequent traveler in New Delhi -Bhopal Shatabdi for quite a long period of time.
The design of coaches is so that if you have more than one bag or suitcase, enough of luggage, it becomes an exercise for you to enter the seating area, crossing the auto closing doors, Oh what a botheration.
The food or snacks served to you will be of any quality standard, semi cooked, cold, stale, stiff, peculiar in taste and texture, no one to attend or register your grievances.
Even, at times I have been personal witness to the T Cs trying to cover-up the shortcomings in services, as most of them are busy minting money by adjusting the unreserved passengers into the coach(a well known fact from ages to everybody in the universe).
In case of unscheduled delays, no proper prior information or arrangements are made by the railways. Many a times the train would be held at the outer, and announcement will be about its delay, and what not.
Indian Railways are the only option to Indians, so do not ask any question about its reliability, only one option - accept the available.
