We were on this train from Chandigarh to New Delhi (Kalka- New Delhi Shatabdi Express- 12006)and we had a great customer experience inside as the staff were incredibly helpful and available for any sort of discrepancies if any. Even the food availability was adequate and accurate as given in the menu. With the right staff to assist us, the journey was satisfactory overall:) .
