This is my brand new microwave. From day 1 it has been impressing me in every aspect. I would say many people feel using microwave is a bit complicated but this masterpiece from sharp is so user friendly that even my granny uses it with ease. It is quite durable and has a sleek mettalic look although it is made from plastic outside. It has metallic edges to enhance its look . Some of its features like rehating and autocooking modes comes in very handy during busy days . The style I would rate the best because it comes in a classy grey and black combinations which enhances the look of the kitchen itself. I have imported this from singapore I have not gone through the service procedure but I know we have 5 years complete warranty of this product. It costed me around 160 singapore dollars
