I request all investors to keep away from sharekhan. For the past one week their servers were down almost everyday during the trading hours. Today (02-Apr-2004) their servers down for almost 2 hours.
Their staff are irresponsible. They don't attend to the problems and keep the phones down (public sector attitude).
They give some lame reasons telling that they are not getting the connectivity from VSNL etc., During such times their website is also down. It means it is the technical problem on their side and not the connectivity problem. My offline broker doesn't have such problems.
SEBI has to de-register such un-scrupulous brokers and convert them to offline brokers.
When they don't have the technical team to maintain servers, why at all they have to run the brokerage business?
