Have been using ShareKhan for past one year and facing hell lot of issues.
Support:
The customer support number 1-1800--xxxx is never picked up..
For any issues, you need to contact your local branch who are always busy during market time. Sometime you wont get line at all.
Software Issues;
- Once I bought IVRCONS and INDIANBANK scripts on the same day. After T+1 day I checked by holdings, I suprisied IVRCONS is not there but INDIAN BANK - The issue is not yet resolved
So where my money had gone in ;-( ???
Reporting: You cannot find your transaction easily at single page. The bloody design is such thtat you have to note down the transaction details at different links and need to consolidate yourself. Totally Sucks!!!
Since no proper reporting is there, inorder to check my cash balance I need to down manually on daily basis.. paining no??
Heard from my friends that Karvy and ICICI direct is doing extremely good and very stable too.
