Sharekhan Sucks big time. Review on Sharekhan

Sharekhan's internet trade is an absolute tragedy in the recent days. I dunno how was it in the previous months as I started trading on their site very recently.

I believe it's high time to switch from them to another reliable service provider.

Their Fast trade facility is frequently down as the applets are not functioning properly. This shows a weak IT infrastructure to meet up the growing customer usage. This also exposes that they have a very poor redundancy and fault tolerance mechanism when the servers can not take load. A Disaster recovery may be a far away dream for such companies. God only knows whether they posess it or not.

Online trade is basically involves a lots of risk and opportunity to trade. If the servers are down and one can not trade means loss of opportunities and money. I had an instance where in I kept for one of the scrip for sale and all I found even after meeting the target price it was remaining unsold. A few minutes later all I could see was my scrip sending to exchange for confirmation. During the time price had come down a minute later there were communication and tickers errors started throwing up. I literally lost that opportunity to trade.

This way it's very difficult and risky to do trade in such uneven situations.

Even if they rectify the current situation, god only knows what happens tomorrow.
