A Nightmare experience. Review on Sharekhan

I have taken an account in share khan pune branch and my experience is horrible. They took 2 months to just to collect my documents and later 1 month time to activate it. And by that time my 3 months time from my 6 months post paid brokerage fee validity of Rs.750 is over. Later I found that they filled my application wrongly and initially it got rejected and then they applied again. all the customer service executives are useless. knows nothing.

In-spite of asking several times they did not come for giving demo. on top of it they suggested me to go through the site and explore on my own. The service is so pathetic. Even I called the customer service ppl many times but in vain. they did not even respond to the calls once they get their cheque from the customer.

I have called at least 50 times to just to know the status of my application and finally I landed up with different account where as I applied for another type of account. All the executives are uneducated and can't even speak minimum English. I lost interest in stocking. I sincerely plead all to not to go for sharekhan account as their service is v v v poor. I don't want the ppl to make the same mistake and repent like me.
