I'm a Sharekhan customer since last 2-3 years. I'hv 3-4 worst experiences with them. They have the worst customer service. If you send an email to the customer service, you will get reply not before at least 20 days, trust me.
My saving A/C no. regd with their DMAT A/C has been changed in their records all of a sudden & now my dividends are not being credited. Since last month they are working on that & I'm helpless. Each time I call the customer care, I get only promise, nothing happens. They will assure you, they will give a call, but you will never get a call from them.
NEVER NEVER GO FOR SHAREKHAN ONLINE TRADING ACCOUNT, THEY HAVE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THOUGH THE BKG IS LESS.
