I am a sharekhan user for the last 4 years, have almost seen the company growing and had recommended most of my friends to join it. But now, they are not in a condition to handle the no of customer database which they have. I CAN OPENLY CHALLENGE IF ANYONE CAN REACH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE. I swear it takes around half an hour IF YOU ARE LUCKY, other days lets jsut chuck it.


Don't know for what reason, they have deactivated my online Mutual Fund account, and its now almost 40 days, and I am still working hard to get it activated. I have sent 'n' no of e-mails, spoken to customer care( YA AFTER WAITING FOR HALF AN HOURĀ  EVERYTIME), every alternate day. but still nooooooo response. I got so frustrated that I have now stopped recommending people to sharekhan. The web-site is pretty complex for a new user, cause there are two set of web-site. Initially one needs some help ( and for that you have to reach the customer care NIGHTMARE)..
