Hi guys, here I am sharing with you my experience of ShadowFax courier serivice.
I ordered medicine on 1mg and they hired ShadowFax courier service to deliver the medicine. They provided me the tracking ( AWB) ID, so to track my order I went to the ShadowFax website and entered the AWB NO. but the website was saying that the tracking no. entered by me was wrong, so I again tried after sometimes and it again told me the no. is invalid,
anyway now comes the day of delivery, after 2days I got a call from the courier guy of shadowfax for delivering the product, but the guy was asking me to come to his location where he was already delivering a product to another customer and the location was also 1km away from my given address so I denied and asked him to deliver my product at the said address, he behaved a little rude but at last he delivered the item.
