Shaadi.com is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
We took the select Shaadi package for 3 months. And it's been a horrible 3 months for us. The customer service professionals are not at all trained. They do not understand what we are seeking and simple keep sending random profiles(which apparently their system auto-updates. They don't even do that themselves). I could find better matches if I searched the site myself than those idiots. And they charge a premium for such shitty service.
When we raised this issue with their manager, even the manager is defending their employees by saying that's the process and we won't change it. According to them, for a person is abroad, without checking their time difference, they will keep calling the person till the point that the person gets irritated and unmatched themselves.
It's been a trying 3 months with Shaadi.com. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
