Shaadi.com is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I used Shaadi.com not for me but for one of my best friends. I chose Shaadi.com as it was the most popular portal in this criteria. Registering the details was an easy part. The number of available profiles were more than expected. We were able to contact few of them through the portal.
The user interface is easy to use. But, as it always happens with popular sites, the load time is sometimes high, particularly at peak usage time. Due to this high load time, some of the prospective clients may turn away to other sites. But overall, I found shaadi.com as a recommendable portal.
By the way, my friend which I talked about in the beginning, is now happily married thanks to shaadi.com.
