Free offers?? , be aware , ITS FRAUD !! . Review on Seventymm Services Pvt Ltd

This company lures customers through emails, sms, direct call and offer some thing extra ordinary like'one month free subscription on rented movies', 'free dvds', 'free jewellery'. A sample advertisement is attached to this mail where they are offering free jewellery delivered at your house.

The customer is asked to provide credit card details to'verify' address and to'ID check'. It is ensured that only 1 Re will be charged as notional amount.

After few days they automatically charge the credit card with any amount between 2500 to 10000. When the customer contact on their customer service numbers they agree that it was by mistake that they have charged. They start convincing you for more such schemes saying that the amount cannot be refunded in their computer system so one has to purchase something of that value on their online shop. And they never refund.

In this way they are able to trap a huge amount of money in their system and enjoy their life happily in this heavenly country supporting frauds, India.

I was looted of Rs 2499 by seventymm on 26/3/2011 through my seventymm member id: 602117. This was directly charged on my credit card without informing me. When contacted they shamelessly agreed their mistake and said refund will be in 2-3 days. I could sense trouble as other call center executives were laughing as this guy was making false promise. So far I did not get my refund. I helplessly called them many times but of no use. I felt responsible to inform other people to save them from this online fraud. I will be thankful if you can forward this message and take appropriate actions.
