First of all I would like to clearly mention that I am writing about the DVD/VCD rental services not the Product that they are selling.
I received a free 4 weeks trial subscription when I bought the Dell Laptop. But the biggest catch was to get the free subscription I had to pay for 3 Months subscription but I was told that I could cancel it any time, so I went and registered.
Regarding the services -
You never find any new movies. What ever is displayed are never available.
I ordered a movie twice, but I received a mail stating that delivery was not possible as the customer was not available. I was infuriated by this as I was at home all the time.
When I tried to cancel the membership and get my money back they said I have to complete the Trial and then cancel it. So when I did I haven't gotten my money so far.
Quality of the DVD/VCD is not good.
I really feel cheated.
Something I wanted to add - I have been calling for refund of my membership and have requested more than 4 times so far. Still they haven't even registered for cancellation of my Membership hence no refund!
Bottom line- They are frauds! Don't buy their memberships. Its no good! Worst ever!
