I ordered Samsung C3322 mobile phone from this website with the order number SMA0139237 few days ago. When I realized that its been over 5 days that they have not shipped the product, I sent an email to them on the 30th May 2012 requesting a refund. But these frauds have not replied to me until today 3 June 2012 neither have they refunded the money.
Guess what, they have deducted the money from my credit card account and the order is vanished from my account page. That means, they have debited the money and also removed the order details from account.
This is a real theft and I may take legal actions if required if my account is not credited with a refund...
