I made a mistake by getting carried away by their recent product offerings, but would have been much better off staying away.
Their delivery department is pretty inefficient, and claimed to have delivered DVDs which never reached. Complaints to customer care don't get addressed. All the complaints I have filed on their site are still in an'OPEN' state. They have not replied to my mails either. I have been dealing with the salesman who sold the product to me initially, but they dont know the first thing about follow-through.
They claim to have a 100% money back guarantee on account cancellation, but I am seeing no signs of getting my money back easily.
Would recommend that you stay away from this product.
