I made two orders on the 25th of July. When I tried making the payment online, the first payment went thru but the second said the payment could not be processed. I tried once again and since it did not work I called up the customer care. The person on the phone said the website is down and so the payment for the second product will not be charged.
It's been two weeks, the first order has not been dispatched yet and the second has been cancelled. When I called my Credit card company, I was informed that The have already charged the amount for the first transaction, and they have charged the second transaction twice.
I have called them every two days since the order and the executives are like parrots telling the same thing over n over that it will be done in two days.
My advise to all is never buy anything from this website as you are bound to be cheated!
