1) the first thing you guys need to know is that your refund/security deposit will never be returned. So please join this library only if you can afford to lose rs.999.
2) the customer service is absolutely terrible and comprises of people who can barely speak a sentence of english and have been trained to say, "i understand your emotions sir/madam, but my manager is on leave and what can we do ?"
3) you will never get the movie you want and will mostly get the titles only on vcd and not on dvd.
i have called a million times to speak to the manager but there is never one available.
Either he's in a meeting or called in sick. I wonder when companies in india will understand the importance of good customer service and empathizing with grievances.
absolute scamsters and conniving thieves! They literally called me a dozen times in a day to subscribe to this service and nagged me into it. Now they dont care a damn. Am actually thinking about dragging them to consumer court...just on general principle.
