Everyone here is right about this company , they are THIEVES.
I have made numerous calls to cancel the account but no one cares to cancel it and return my money.Everytime I call up the executive tells me it will be done by tomorrow, I don't know when will that tomm. come.No one passes on to a manager , just giving excuses that the manager is in a meeting, sick etc etc.As if they just have one manager on the floor.
A customer care exec. just hung up the phone after I gave him my member i.d.The point is they will not entertain cancellation.The point is that they will not return my Rs.999.00. So please join this only if you have to loose Rs.999
WORST COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE.NO DVD'S AVAILABLE ONLY VCD'S.
