My first job was in Serco BPO Pvt Limited ( Mumbai) which I joined in Feb 2010 and I worked for 1 year three months.
The first job in serco gave me lot of experience in terms of work, behavior, attitude, passion to work. I worked for domestic process in LG inbound process.
Later for my higher studies I resigned the job and after 1 year gap I rejoined serco in Barclays BBM process in October 2012 to May 2014. Later due to address relocation I moved to Hyderabad that is the only reason I left Serco otherwise I definitely would have continued Seco.
The management of serco was very nice. The work culture was also so good each and every work of us were appreciated by our Team leaders, manager's etc. Other than work extra activities also were done for enjoyment. I really enjoyed working with servo.
