I will give review for Sears holdings India or Sears IT and Management Services in point forms
1) Worst management i.e. employees are only workers for them.
2) Highly unsatisfied work force. [except HR and Management]
3) Survey report inside company relieved no one want to continue with job.
4) High salary at director level and low salary with minute hike for workforce.
5) Budget crunch [Please check share market for Sears Holding Corporation]
6) High attrition rate of good employees.
7) No rotation policy for onsite. Only same boot-licker gets chance again and again.
8) BPO like sitting arrangement. No privacy.
9) Only Reliance/Avaya people in management have power.
10) Female workers not safe due to nymphomaniac managers and HR staff.
11) Last but not least company created by group of failed jerks.
