I have been using Scripbox for quite some time and, generally, their platform works wellprovided you continue investing in the recommended funds and don't encounter any issues.
However, I recently rebalanced my investment portfolio and noticed a serious discrepancy: the amount credited to my bank account from mutual fund redemptions was significantly less than the amount withdrawn for reinvestmentover 30% more was withdrawn than what was credited.
When I raised this concern with Scripbox, they stated that they do not take responsibility for reconciliation between mutual fund redemptions and bank credits, as they merely act as a facilitator. As a result of this mismatch, my bank account was nearly wiped out, leaving me in a very difficult financial situation.
Given this experience, Ive lost confidence in the platform and have decided to withdraw all my investments from Scripbox. Going forward, I will either manage my portfolio independently or work with financial advisors I find more transparent and trustworthy.
