Suddenly invested money reduced by a large amount!. Review on Scripbox

I assumed that Scripbox's calculation would be correct so I do not have to recheck.

For a long period of 5 years in beginning, I used to just invest very small amount so that if there is any problem with scripbox then I will not get affected alot.

I assumed that it is a good product and invested a large sum of money 2-3 years back. within 2 years, scripbox's dashboard was showing me a profit of 10% and I was happy with it.

and finally I decided to withdraw, but guess what! my withdrawal declined saying that I do not have sufficient money. To my surprise, on asking scripbox support they said the scripbox's dashboard was incorrect and was showing more.

On checking my monthly report on my email, I have been getting that email with that amount from over 4-5 months. I questioned them that if this is just UI bug(wrong data displayed on screen but data stored with scripbox is right) then why in my monthly emails I am seeing that data.

After this they acknowledged that they had some problem and have fixed it now. and suddenly my portfolio reduce by a huge amount!

I had some real-estate investment planned with the money withdrawn from scripbox. the calculations that I did assuming the scripbox dashboard is correct went for a toss and I had to redo the calculation.

Also, another issue faced was them creating multiple folios for same fund and I found this issue again during one of the past withdrawals. I withdrew some amount from Scripbox, but then I got a notification that withdrawal is unsuccessful. On asking scripbox support, they told that scripbox has incorrectly created multiple folios for same fund and it is causing problems.

Overall, never invest too much money at scripbox. The larger the invested amount, the problems will get bigger.

Avoid this product as much as possible.
