I applied for this credit card in'Big Bazar'. I was told that I will get a gift voucher of Rs.500 after my first bill is generated.
In my first bill they deducted Rs.500 as the joining fees, however I never got the gift voucher. I repeatedly complained to the customer care that I paid Rs.500 but never got the gift voucher, but they said that they can't do anything in this matter.
In the end, I cancelled the card and decided never to take a credit card from SBI.
