I have insurance policy of many company & their attitude towards costumer good. I have policy of SBI life branch at Kankanady, Mangalore, Karnataka I have felt uneasy at so many times I am cursing my agent for introducing such a poor service oriented company.
They don't know how to speak with costumer. This branch employees behaving like a government bureaucracy. Who ever reads these comments...want to tell them that If they deal with SBI Life...
They are bound to face biggest nightmares in customer service. These guys are totally irresponsible towards customer.
