I had bought this health insurance for myself, I had paid the premium for 3 years at once and not claimed it for any illness even once. When the time came to renew it for the fourth year the SBI did not even bother to contact me nor send any email notification to renew the policy nor even an sms. When I found out by myself that my policy had lapsed and it was lapsed 40 days prior to my attention, I immediately contacted SBI and requested to renew and retain my policy but when I called customer care they asked me to contact the branch and when I contacted the branch they asked me email it to Sbi health insurance email id. After I wrote the email they simply rejected my request and me to contact branch and request the manager. No one took the responsibility to renew it. This is totally unprofessional health insurance. Also the SBI officials are totally arrogant and they dont care for your requests at all. They treat their customers like beggars. Just avoid this insurance forever.
