Worst experience I have with Savaari.com
I always travel with Easy Cab or Meru Cab and I never get into any problems. First time I thought to go with savaari and it was worst experience I ever had.
You yourself have to call to wake up driver - I had to leave by 5am. So I called cab driver at 4am but he didn't picked up twice. Then I called customer care telling them driver not picking up again after 10-20 mins I called, the driver picked up and told he was in sleep and just now someone wakes him.
You have to get behind cab driver and customer care - I called after 20 mins to cab driver, he told he will come by .5.10 am. I told that he has to reach by 5 else I will miss the flight, he said he may try to reach.
You need to call cont. between driver and customer care - called 10 mins before 5 to ask driver if he will reach on time, he told he is into huge traffic and may not reach on time. I called customer care, they told they will check.
At 5, I called driver, he told he will not come as he got new work. I called customer care again, they told they will talk to driver again.
Finally after all driver came at 5.15 am. In between I called many many times to driver, customer care in that hour. its really bad. I didn't get anything as asked in feedback form also.
I will never ever book cab from Savaari.com and book if you want to get into lots of calls between driver and customer care and if you like to take lot pressure of missing flight.
PS-. Many times call center phone keeps you on hold saying all executives are busy and after 1-2 mins, you can't even hear anything. Many times you can't reach customer care at all. I dont want to give even one star but because its necessary for this review, I am giving one.
