When car arrived our home it was not in good condition, we contacted customer support but response is u have to manage else pay 1000 and book another cab. Reached destination, driver was not ready to took us to some route for that he fought with us, we raised concern with support but response is leave cab there and hire other if u have issues. We have 2 infants with us so won't possible to leave cab there so we continued our journey. Overall these don't bother about ur safety, concerns. If u met with accident also they will simply say go to hospital and leave our cab there.
Strongly urging people don't travel with these specially when u have family with u. They are really big f*. Customer support people are there just to say leave cab there if u have issues they will never listen to ur concern. we reached home safely that was only good part of our journey. They are really cheaters please please don't travel with these guys.
