Cinematography:

I was actually not interested in watching this film as I have seen most of it on TV when it actually happened.

But to be very honest, I would've regretted my decision of not watching it in a theatre later.

This film is very hard hitting.

Performances by the lead actors are good.

Randeep hooda was very good.

I had read many negative reviews about aishwarya but she was good in the movie. Her performance was good but a little over the top in a few scenes.

Nevertheless she succeeds in potraying Dalbir kaur's struggle convincingly.

Richa chadda, the daughters and the other supporting actors have supported the film nicely.

One of the problems with the film ( that I found) was the punjabi accent used by the lead actors.

It mostly sounds fake.

The first half seems a little long.

Music to me was boring.

There were many powerful scenes in the movie such as when the family meets sarbjit in jail, the scene where Aishwarya loses her child, Sarbjit's torchure scenes in pakistan and many other such scenes. The will give you goosebumps to say the least.

But sarbjit is a movie that should not be judged on any of the above mentioned points.

It is a story that deserves to be told and one should definately watch it.

Salute to the braveheart who had to bear the wrath of politics between the two nations.

Deepest condolances to the actual family.
