For all those who love to travel and go out in week end , Saputara is really nice week end holiday. I visited Saputara last week and found it very very good (may be because I stay very close ...just 80 Km away in Nasik)
Time Taken: 2 hours
Road Condition: Good
What to see: Points on hills, Rope way, Sunset, Bee keeping centre, Natural Park, Beautiful lake.
Food: Managable, Those who love to really have a good food must pack something from home.
Hotels: Fair to Good Quality (though I did not stay there)
Special Note: If you are going for staying overnigh over there, please go in group and you can have your own games and singing around camp fire. Its a small but very calm and quiet place so you need group to enjoy. Also just like any hill station prices of hotel do vary a lot as per season. Wishing you happy relaxing!!!
