Sapphire is a restaurant inside Hotel Emerald in Juhu. like the title, it is always empty, and somehow it takes the staff forever to get you your order to the table. it almost feels like they are growing the vegetables in the field after you have given the order.
The food they serve I wouldnt say is horrible, but it is very dicey. sometimes you can get a decent meal, and sometimes it is bad.
The only time you would probably visit there is when all other places are full, and you dont want to wait in th que.
