I am working at Sapient Gurgaon from past four years. The company is a great place for freshers as well as experienced people. Recruitment is streamlined and onboarding is seamless. Unlike other places the company doesn’t delay any sort of communication or keep you waiting for feedback. My entire interview was wrapped up in five days and I received an offer letter with a good hike. Respect for other people’s time, work ethics, and performance are encouraged among employees as well rewarded. You will be constantly motivated to do better and keep a learning mindset. I will sum up my sapient employee review as ‘performance-driven organization with high motivation for learning’.
