I have bought this television 6 months earlier. Butbfrom the have few weeks it started showing some technical issues. The television turns off automatically when I change tge channel. Its very irritating now. The picture quality has been reduced which make the viewing experience worst.
I have tried calling their customer service executives but they give no proper solution and just waste your time and effort.
The sound quality is also very bad. The bass is poor. The television company says its a 4k but I dont think its a 4k.
Don't waste your money buying this television.
