Sandesh is probably there in my vicinity since I was a kid. It is very famous in Dadad, Matunga, Prabhadevi and even in Worli.
All the bengali sweets are really tasty especially the rasmalai( one of my favourites) .
One can even find kaju( cashew) barfi and kaju and anjeer items over here which are really tasty. But you should always taste and then purchase the sweets because sometimes they are not fresh.
There are chat and samosa counters over here.
Samosas are also my favourite.
All the food items are reasonably priced.
