I really dont like Samsung Split AC 1.5 Ton. I purchased it 15 months back at a cost of Rs. 35, 000. But I didnt find this product a total value for money.
During warranty period everything was fine with this AC but once warranty overed, this Split AC became a headache for me. Problems starting to emerge such as water leakage, noise from AC. I complaint to service centre and they solve my problem by repairing its parts. As warranty was over, this repairing cost me huge amount. After repairing also, in 4 months, AC stopped working properly. Every 3-4 months AC ask for repairment. Huge repairing bills became problem for me.
Now I am looking forward to replace this Samsung Split AC with new different brand AC. I am totally unsatisfied with this AC.
I will rate this product from Samsung with only 2 stars because of poor cooling and sound, bad quality and durability and its huge cost.
