Since last 2 years I use Samsung Split Air conditioner in my office.I am disappointed with this product of Samsung.I have a 900 square feet room which does not cool quickly, it takes minimum 25-35 monutes for cooling.
Samsung customer service center is not very far away from my house but when I face problem with air conditioner and I call customer care they provide mechanic after 2-3 days.It is really hopeless.
It sound system and quality are good but the ac does not remove my sweat quality.It gives me some trouble for few times.
Its is durable too and quality is not so bad.
It is really high costly product.We are from middle class family.It is really tough for us.
I'll not recommend for this air conditioner.
