I upgraded to this phone and still paid a high price from Cingular. Ever since then I have had a lot of trouble with the phone. Yeah it is sleek and has neat features. would be nice if it served all my needs. I am on my second replacement phone with warranty and that is about to expire. The phone hessitates when opened, if placed on silent I will be lucky to receive half of my incoming calls. It does not seem to accept updates properly from the network. I am calling customer service at least twice a day to attempt to correct the problems. The signal is weak even in great coverage areas. Dropped calls, ringer not loud enough if driving and windows are down or radio on even low. I expected better from Samsung than this. This second replacement has a new problem now, it is draining my battery now which is a new problem.
