My refrigerator was not working at mark, the deep freeze compartment was a bit moist all the time. But ice was forming in the tray. I called my local AC/Fridge repair man, he advised me to go for company service as the refrigerator was still in warranty. I Called samsung helpline. BIG MISTAKE. The company repairman came(From Shree services, Paldi) changed something, billed me 2500 and Now my fridge is not working since 3 days. leave alone ice, I am begging for cool water from my neighbours. Have repeatedly called him, but he always in some other area. We have lost 2 liters of Milk, a pack of sweets and around a kilo of mava. I have finally called my local repair guy again, he will be coming tomorrow, and I will again have to pay for the same problem.
