This is about samsungs awesome two some offer, the offer stated that the company will give a free laser printer on purchase of 17" TFT LCD monitor, the customer had to send a draft of RS 1000 after buying the LCD TFT along with the purchase proof, and the cust. would recieve the printer within 45 days, we did so, and its been 3 months still no printer, not only us, but to all those people who bought it, no printer, whever we call the toll free no. tey say it will come in 15 days, its been 3 months but theres been no feedback, only false promises, I suggest all the readers not to buy any of the samsung products, it only wants to sell, no after sales support.
