Samsung products are mostly good bt not much attractive and giving better perfomances. Last month my LCD suddenly stopped working. It was not even starting. I called up customer care and lodged the complaint. And immediately got the SMS with my complaint number. Customer care guy took 3 days to come to our home(and we actually grumbled on him for being so late). He looked at the LCD and said he need to replace some spare part not available now. He went back and came after 2 days with the spare part. It was the motherboard on which all the components sit. He changed the mother board and my LCD was perfect like before.
