I have been using this samsung galaxy s duos model(White color) for more than a year now.
When it was brand new, it worked very well and did not hang much.
However since now I have a few apps installed, it hangs every now and then. RAM is of just 768 MB which is very less and hence makes the phone slower.
Battery - Battery drains down very fast, specially when i'm using mobile data. Even when my phone has the internet off, it eats up about5% battery every hour which is very disappointing. Every time I have to keep my phone plugged in.
Customer service - Customer service staff is not so good and doesn't handle concerns properly.
Mobile interface - I am a fan of android and samsung has the best interface of all the mobiles I have used. Would be better if it doesn't hang so much.
Sound quality of the phone is average, though volume is good.
You can buy newer and better models now. I do not like this model.
