Well Samsung really had a tough competition from Xiaomi and after getting defeated the korean giant launched On Nxt ( 64GB) in Indian stores.Well MRP is 18k but you'll get a discount and it will.cost you under 13k.
Speaking to the main specs,

13MP/8MP
I have been using this from past 3 months and I can say that yeah it is a value for money handset.But not in this price range you can get other optons which are quite digestable and can beat this Samsung device.
